Family Friendly Stays in Mumbles

Perfectly placed in the heart of Mumbles and just 15-minutes from the centre of Swansea, our family-friendly bedrooms are the perfect base to explore from.

Enjoy a view of the Mumbles coast with your morning coffee in hand, before heading downstairs for a hearty or healthy breakfast (we’ve not forgotten about the little ones either – they’re got their very own menus to choose from).

There is so much to see and do on your doorstep, think toe-dipping beach-y days with bucket and spade in hand, or walks in the Gower. Just a stone’s throw away, there are kiddo focused attractions like The Arcade on Mumbles Pier and Oystermouth Castle (which hosts plenty of child-friendly events throughout the year), sure to keep the kids entertained for hours – and just a few steps along the promenade, you’ll stumble across a kiddie into a play park.

Child Friendly Stays

With a host of family-friendly activities on our doorstep, we can’t wait to welcome you to The Oyster House for your next family break.

With a welcoming atmosphere for all ages, our child friendly bedrooms come with space for cots for little ones, and z-beds for the bigger little ones. They’re only charged at £15 per night (that’s those aged 2-14), while the littlest ones (those under two) stay for free.

Boutique Bedrooms

Our uber-comfy rooms have all the little extras to make your stay special. With Nespresso coffee machines in each room, start your day the right way.  You’ll find over-flowing snack baskets (perfect those late-night nibbles), Bramley toiletries, and an in-room mini fridge.

Little Borrowers

Because we know just how important it is to keep little ones entertained, we’ve created our very own in-room Borrow Boxes – treasure troves of fun and inspirational goodies to keep kiddie boredom at bay.

We’ll pop one into your room when you add a child on to your booking, and when you’re ready to set off on your merry way, simply pack it back up and we’ll look after it until the next little borrower arrives.
